We are seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Assistant Project Administrator to join our construction services team in Orlando, supporting our Project Administrator and Inspection staff. If you are passionate about roadway construction and thrive in a dynamic, team‑focused environment, we want to hear from you. • Prior field or senior inspector experience (plus). • FDOT or Florida Turnpike experience highly desired. • Ability to interpret construction schedules. • Minimum 3 years contract‑related experience; advanced degree or certification may substitute. • Professional, self‑motivated, well‑organized, detail‑oriented; able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines with minimal oversight. • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. • Strong math and organizational abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
