About the Role
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support pursuit teams with proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry solicitations, manage proposal filing, and maintain data in business development systems. They will also coordinate professional photography, assist with strategic planning, implement growth initiatives, develop client plans, and oversee the go/no‑go decision process. Additional responsibilities include supporting content marketing campaigns, creating digital and social media content, strengthening HDR’s brand with industry associations, producing marketing collateral, fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits, and developing internal communications such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars. The role also involves planning and coordinating large internal meetings, maintaining inventory of branded materials, training staff on business development and marketing best practices, and articulating HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages. • Support pursuit teams with proposal and interview materials. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status. • File and organize proposal and presentation materials after submission. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Coordinate professional photography for projects. • Assist in developing annual and long‑term strategic plans and growth initiatives. • Implement client plans and market‑share strategies. • Manage go/no‑go decision process per HDR’s Matrix of Authority. • Support content marketing, digital content creation, and social media campaigns. • Create and publish marketing collateral and brand‑elevating materials. • Develop internal communications (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars). • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings (in‑person and virtual). • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits and events. • Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry’s procurement processes, and the ability and willingness to travel for in‑person engagement. Required qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, and a self‑starter attitude with a track record of completing projects with limited oversight. • Articulate HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, deep A/E/C procurement knowledge, willingness to travel. • Required: Minimum 2 years relevant experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign proficiency, self‑starter with independent project completion.
