About the Role

The role involves commercial and residential HVAC installation, including full install, hanging and insulating ductwork, and running lines. Technicians will also handle service, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, with occasional pipe work and refrigeration duties. • Install commercial and residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, hanging, insulating, and line routing. • Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment. • Conduct limited pipe work and refrigeration tasks as needed. • Access job opportunities via the TradeGig app and receive notifications.

Most positions are first‑shift with an hourly pay range of $25‑$35, depending on experience and skill level. HVAC technicians/installers are invited to join a crew that values safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the trade, own basic hand tools, and wear proper personal protective equipment at all times. • Possess minimum 3 years of trade experience as an HVAC technician/installer. • Own basic hand tools and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job.
