About the Role
We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to support civil engineering airfield design projects. In this role you will provide cost analysis, scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, working on high‑impact initiatives that enhance airport operations and safety alongside industry‑leading engineers and project managers. • Work with company financial and cornerstone systems and processes. • Apply financial terminology, measures, and data analysis concepts. • Identify processes or actions that may impact project finances. • Develop and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) for small projects. • Perform basic cost and schedule variance analysis. • Assist in assembling data for trending and forecasting. • Collect progress data and review performance trends. • Analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor cost versus budget. • Track actual costs against funding limitations. • Support tracking of purchase orders and subcontract commitments. • Participate in project cost review meetings as needed. • Support project reporting and performance management processes.

What You Bring
Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization and relocation are not available for this position. • Minimum: BA/BS and 2 years relevant project controls experience or equivalent. • Preferred: 2 years experience with project financial analysis. • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, Primavera, Oracle, and Salesforce. • Experience in civil transportation projects. • Familiarity with project revenue and cost principles.
