About the Role
The Solutions Program Manager oversees North America modernization and asset renewal sales targets, driving market-level growth through strategic goal setting, digital insights, and proactive engagement. The role supports sellers working directly with building owners and operators to facilitate equipment replacement projects and develop project scopes. Collaboration with Sales Leadership, Area Managers, Solution Development Engineers, and Sellers ensures alignment with growth goals. The manager will set measurable market goals, track adoption rates, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets while conducting ongoing market reviews to capture needs and trends. They will maintain a comprehensive opportunity target list in Salesforce, create and refine sales tools, and provide direct sales support for scope development and equipment replacement projects. Additionally, they will lead initiatives to improve project profitability, prepare performance reports, and communicate program outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. • Set and execute market-level goals aligned with business objectives. • Track adoption rates and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. • Conduct ongoing market reviews to capture needs and identify trends. • Develop and manage a comprehensive opportunity target list using Salesforce. • Partner with Sales and Solution Development teams to create and refine sales tools (scripts, brochures, proposal templates). • Provide direct sales support for opportunities, scope development, and equipment replacement projects. • Lead initiatives to enhance project growth and profitability. • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports. • Communicate program objectives and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. • Foster accountability and innovation by soliciting feedback and facilitating idea exchange across service departments.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of business development or sales operations experience, plus three years of experience with service-management software, CRM platforms, or data analytics. Willingness to travel 25-50 % across the United States and Canada is required. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Salesforce experience, commercial HVAC background, and demonstrated leadership on large-scale programs. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 5+ years business development or sales operations experience. • Minimum 3+ years experience with service-management software, CRM platforms, or data analytics. • Willingness to travel 25-50% within the United States and Canada. • Preferred: Master’s degree. • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce. • Preferred: Commercial HVAC industry background. • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale programs or projects. • Experience in scope development for capital planning and asset replacement projects. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Suite. • Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-market coordination and leadership reporting.

The position offers a salary range of $143,250 to $200,750, subject to factors such as skills, education, and experience, and includes short-term cash incentives.
