What You Bring
We are searching for individuals who have basic remodeling or general construction experience. The individual will be responsible for showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowners' questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment. Candidates should have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably some window‑installation experience, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, strong communication and customer‑service skills, a commitment to quality standards, and be at least 21 years old. • 6+ months remodeling, carpentry or construction experience • Some window installation experience preferred • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Great communication and customer service skills • Must be at least 21 years old
