About the Role

The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with passion and integrity. You will provide customer service, share general location information, and direct guests to our Marketing Team, which operates booths at the Venetian/Palazzo Resorts, Miracle Mile Shops, and Golden Nugget. • Initiate engaging conversations to quickly connect with guests. • Serve as the primary greeting point, delivering passionate and honest introductions. • Offer customer assistance, location details, and guide visitors to marketing booths across key resort venues.
