About the Role
The manager will act as the central hub for executive operations, handling complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, client engagements, and major events. They will streamline internal processes, prepare agendas and briefing materials, track action items and deadlines, and support internal communications by drafting updates and meeting materials. • Serve as central coordination hub for executive operations across functions. • Own and manage complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with strategic goals. • Schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings, leadership offsites, client engagements, and high‑profile events. • Streamline internal processes, overseeing executive deliverables and project timelines. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare agendas, briefing materials, and talking points. • Track action items, deadlines, and initiatives to ensure timely follow‑up. • Draft team updates and create materials for leadership meetings. • Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and on‑site execution. • Maintain key documents and resources with high standards of organization and confidentiality. • Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least five years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support, with proven success managing complex calendars and large‑scale event logistics. Strong organizational, time‑management, and written/verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project‑task platforms. Discretion, the ability to work independently, and comfort with ambiguity are also required; preferred qualifications include experience in a large global firm and exposure to executive reporting or board meetings. • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or business administration. • Demonstrated success managing complex executive calendars and large‑scale event logistics. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and task‑management platforms (e.g., Workday, Concur). • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and maintain discretion/confidentiality.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $97,750‑$115,000, competitive based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
