About the Role
The Road Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment to minimize downtime. The fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment, depending on location. • Work on diverse makes and models of equipment in remote locations • Develop skills for a career track in service or operations management • May need to supply personal mechanic tools

What You Bring
The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve indoor or outdoor work. Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment is essential, and the mechanic may need to provide personal tools; bilingual ability may be required at certain sites. • Minimum: high school diploma/GED; trade training desirable • 3‑5 years experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment preferred • Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems troubleshooting • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required per location
