About the Role
The Customer Success Advisor focuses on driving success during the onboarding and use stages for Autodesk’s design and manufacturing industry customers. The role engages customers directly through proactive, data-driven actions and responsive digital or human interactions as they deploy Autodesk solutions. In this role you will establish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions, assist customers with guidance and resources, and identify at-risk accounts to increase their value. You will partner with sales, product, reseller partners, technical support and client services to resolve activation, onboarding, and usage issues, and you will close a range of data-driven customer success motions. Additionally, you will conduct industry-specific workshops and identify expansion opportunities to support the sales team. • Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies for Autodesk design and manufacturing solutions. • Provide proactive and reactive support through data-driven triggers and human-digital interactions. • Identify and assist at-risk customers to increase product usage and business value. • Collaborate with sales, product, reseller, support, and client services teams to resolve activation and usage issues. • Lead and close data-driven customer success motions. • Conduct industry-specific onboarding workshops for sub-verticals such as consumer products, automotive, and electronics. • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and high satisfaction. • Utilize SFDC, Gainsight, and Power BI for tracking and managing customer success.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field and have 3-5 years of B2B sales, account management, or service delivery experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. At least two years of experience in the design and manufacturing sector, including exposure to sub-segments such as consumer products, industrial machinery, automotive, and factory layout, is required. Proven ability to develop customer relationships, manage accounts, communicate effectively, and use tools like SFDC, Gainsight, and Power BI is essential.
