About the Role
The successful candidate will manage construction consultancy projects, overseeing planning, procurement, performance, finance, and client communications while ensuring quality, safety, and effective governance. • Define project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance) • Ensure line manager is informed of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues • Set up project governance, processes, and systems • Develop detailed project plans • Advise on resource procurement • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project teams • Apply performance management techniques • Manage change control processes • Monitor and advise on project finances • Coordinate project information flow between team and client via meetings and communications • Prepare formal progress reports • Serve as primary liaison with client and consultants throughout all project stages

What You Bring
• Hold a B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil (post‑graduate degree advantageous) • Possess 4–5 years of construction consultancy experience in India • Demonstrate strong technical skills in construction • Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication
