About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads project management activities for designated client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities. They coordinate with clients, property/facility management teams, and internal project staff, monitoring the execution of contracted services and tenant‑improvement consulting. The role may supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators while providing progress reports to the Account/Portfolio Manager and facility management. • Lead and schedule meetings, develop agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines. • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across all project phases. • Assist in selecting, contracting, and overseeing consultants and construction teams, integrating related C&W components. • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, advising the Account/Portfolio Manager and facility team. • Market and present services directly to clients. • Supervise and manage performance, development, and reporting of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators. • Deliver necessary documentation and reports to clients and facility management. • Collaborate with building personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit goals. • Report major issues and recommendations to senior management with comprehensive analysis. • Obtain required approvals before organizational changes, commitments, or expenditures exceed budget. • Establish goals and timetables for supervised units as needed. • Select, hire, and delegate authority to subordinates for assigned functions. • Train, motivate, discipline, and evaluate subordinates to achieve objectives. • Ensure compliance with government laws, regulations, and rulings. • Provide effective leadership.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. They should have at least five years of experience in engineering or construction project accountability and a minimum of three years in a supervisory project‑management capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop teams. • Exhibit strong oral and written communication proficiency. • Minimum five years of engineering/construction project accountability experience. • Minimum three years of supervisory project‑management experience, including leading and developing staff.
