About the Role

• Assist the Contract Administrator in coordinating field duties of QA Inspectors, specialists, and subconsultants • Perform daily inspections of highway/road/bridge projects and report non‑conformances • Coordinate inputs to complete payment certificate entries • Track, receive, and process material sampling and test results • Maintain field office documents, using the Ministry of Transportation Web‑Based Contract Management System as needed • Prepare contract documentation such as agendas, minutes, Instruction Notices, and Change Orders for clients and contractors • Work nights, weekends, and extended shifts as required • Provide overtime during seasonal peaks, especially in summer

What You Bring

• Work safely and follow GHD’s Behaviour‑Based Safety culture • Hold OACETT RCSI/RCCA or PEO EIT/P.Eng. designation • Possess at least 3 years of QA inspection experience on MTO or municipal highway/road/bridge projects • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Prior field office administration experience on MTO assignments is an asset • Experience with MTO’s Web‑Based Contract Management System is an asset • Familiarity with Critical Path Scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera) is an asset • Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and knowledge sharing
