About the Role
We are seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team in Greenville, SC. In this role you will assist in preparing desirable and healthy food for residents, team members, and guests while strictly adhering to sanitary conditions required by Spring Arbor Senior Living policies, state licensure, and health regulations. Your commitment to creating a positive physical and social environment for our residents is crucial to our success. • Collaborate with Food Service management to ensure timely, appropriate food preparation and meal presentation • Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices during preparation and cooking • Communicate with staff and residents, documenting concerns, suggestions, or menu changes • Assist in serving meals and clearing tables • Clean utensils, dishes, equipment, work areas, and floors in compliance with infection control and safety procedures • Maintain proper food storage procedures

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 16 • Experience operating power‑driven machines such as meat slicer or mixer • Ability to prepare appetizing, visually appealing foods • Knowledge of safety and sanitary requirements • CPR, First‑Aid, and Serv‑Safe certifications preferred • Ability to work safely in a resident‑care environment • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
