About the Role
In this position you will direct foremen and subcontractors across framing, drywall, windows and doors, ensure productivity and craftsmanship, and drive daily field operations with a focus on sequencing and safety. You will also maintain schedule, quality and safety by proactively addressing issues and support a cohesive team culture through mentoring and best‑practice reinforcement. • Lead field foremen and subcontractors for framing, drywall, windows, and doors. • Coordinate daily field operations to ensure efficient, safe crew movement. • Maintain schedule, quality, and safety by anticipating and solving issues in real time. • Mentor field leaders and reinforce best practices to foster team culture.

What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced Drywall & Framing Superintendent for its self‑perform building trades team on projects based in Kings Bay, GA. The role will oversee multiple crews, field foremen, and subcontractors, shaping the success of each build through strong leadership. Ideal candidates have at least five years of superintendent experience on commercial framing and drywall projects, a solid technical grasp of Division 9 sequencing, and a proven track record of managing self‑perform teams and subcontractors. Experience in construction management, military or government projects, and familiarity with software such as Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM or Revit are advantageous, alongside required safety certifications. • Minimum 5 years supervising commercial framing and drywall projects. • Strong knowledge of Division 9 framing and drywall sequencing. • Proven ability to manage self‑perform teams and subcontractors. • Experience with construction scheduling, safety, and quality control. • Military, government, or large Design‑Build project background preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit a plus. • Required safety certifications (CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM‑385, STS) or willingness to obtain.
