About the Role
Reporting to the local HSE Manager, you will support the implementation of environmental management arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to company energy, waste, and sustainability targets. You will work with business colleagues and the wider HS&E function to define and deliver improvement plans, proactively addressing emerging issues and promoting good practice. • Engage and communicate with stakeholders to foster a strong environmental safety culture • Conduct regular site tours and inspections, recording findings to ensure standards are met • Provide professional environmental advice and guidance to internal teams • Drive continual improvement of the Environmental Management System • Identify trends and ensure completion of improvement plans

What You Bring
All candidates must hold or be eligible for a UK Security Check clearance; Rolls‑Royce will support the application where needed. Applicants must be UK nationals or dual nationals approved by the MoD. The selection process may include online cognitive and behavioural assessments. • Hold NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent qualification • Experience supporting internal audits to ISO 14001 requirements • Familiarity with UK and Scottish environmental legislation and best practice • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
