About the Role
The director will own and execute the enterprise new‑business sales strategy, align account and territory plans with growth priorities, collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams, and provide accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting. Leadership duties include coaching a high‑performing team, recruiting and retaining top sales talent, delivering ongoing training, and fostering a growth‑oriented culture that celebrates success, collaboration, and innovation. • Drive enterprise new‑business sales strategy to exceed ARR targets • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5–7 enterprise account executives • Build and maintain C‑level relationships with target accounts • Align account and territory plans with company growth priorities • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and account management • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting • Acquire new logos through strategic prospecting and executive engagement • Partner with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion • Recruit, develop, and retain top enterprise sales talent • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development • Foster a winning, growth‑oriented culture celebrating success and innovation

What You Bring
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 11+ years of enterprise sales experience with 3+ years leading high‑performing teams, a proven record of exceeding quotas in high‑growth B2B environments, and strong skills in complex sales cycles, strategic planning, C‑level relationship management, data‑driven pipeline management, and modern sales tools. • Require 11+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership • Proven track record exceeding quota in high‑growth B2B environments • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and strategic account planning • Data‑driven mindset with expertise in CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) • Preferred SaaS, technology or enterprise software sales experience
