About the Role

The Service Administration Manager for Sandvik Mining, based in Heatherbrae and Orange, NSW, leads the day‑to‑day activities of the Service Administration team. The role focuses on aged Work in Progress, invoicing, service‑related accounts receivable, warranty processing and job estimation management, driving operational excellence while supporting business performance. The manager is accountable for ensuring full compliance with Sandvik policies, procedures, legislative requirements and the Sandvik Way, and for fostering a safe, engaged, high‑performing team culture aligned with the Sandvik EHS Vision of Zero Harm. People leadership follows the Sandvik Leadership Model, emphasizing accountability, collaboration and integrity. • Lead the Service Administration team, promoting Sandvik’s EHS Vision and Zero Harm culture. • Ensure compliance with Sandvik policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and the Sandvik Way. • Provide people leadership aligned with the Sandvik Leadership Model, fostering accountability and collaboration. • Identify training needs and support technical, safety, and capability development. • Coordinate daily service administration activities to meet service delivery and production goals. • Manage aged Work in Progress (WIP), invoicing, service‑related accounts receivable, and warranty processing. • Prepare, review, and continuously improve service job estimates using data and feedback. • Set team and individual priorities to achieve timely task completion and performance expectations. • Apply sound judgment to resolve operational issues and improve administrative processes. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective communication and customer support.
