About the Role

The Retail Property Manager role is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work model requiring 2‑3 days per week in the corporate office. This position oversees a portfolio of retail shopping centers, conducting monthly site visits to ensure properties are well‑maintained and performing optimally. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans for each property, delivering monthly and quarterly financial and management reports, supervising contractors and maintenance personnel, and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships. The role also supports the leasing team, handles marketing, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting, and seeks to source new business opportunities. • Oversee a retail shopping‑center portfolio with monthly property visits. • Maximize NOI and asset value through strategic business planning and financial oversight. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports for owners. • Supervise contractors and maintenance staff to ensure proper property upkeep. • Maintain client and tenant relationships and support leasing teams. • Lead marketing, collections, budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting initiatives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through relationship sourcing.

What You Bring

Successful candidates demonstrate competencies such as customer focus, a drive for results, strong planning and organization, effective time management, deep financial acumen in retail property accounting, interpersonal savvy, clear written and oral communication, and proactive problem‑solving. Qualifications include a college degree (preferred), a Georgia Real Estate License obtained within 90 days, and 2‑4 years of commercial property management experience, preferably in retail. Candidates must have an in‑depth understanding of property financial performance and be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use. • Demonstrate customer focus, results orientation, planning, and time‑management skills. • Obtain a GA Real Estate License within 90 days of hire. • Bring 2‑4 years of commercial property management experience, preferably in retail. • Apply strong financial expertise in retail property accounting and Microsoft Office proficiency.
