About the Role

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, installation, repair, and replacement of residential water heaters and HVAC equipment per codes and manufacturer specifications. • Lift and maneuver water heaters using material‑handling equipment; maintain a clean, safe company vehicle. • Learn new technologies, communicate clearly, and deliver outstanding customer service and problem‑solving. • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhere to rotating shift schedules, standby duties, and weekends as required. • Mentor new installers and actively participate in ongoing training programs.

What You Bring

• Meet minimum education (Grade 12) and hold a G2 gas technician license and Class G driver’s license.
