About the Role
The role begins with initiating and planning the project, including drafting the project charter and ensuring that requirements are aligned with the scope and approved by the sponsor. The incumbent works with resource managers to staff projects and aligns efforts with Corporate M&A and IT on the M&A roadmap, identifying opportunities and risks. They also engage and update the IT Senior Leadership Team on priorities and needs for the M&A project. In partnership with the Business Relationship Management lead and the IT M&A Director, the candidate develops the IT strategy and roadmap for integration. They collaborate with IT M&A leads to keep delivery on track and support the Acquisition Integration Framework. Acting as the Integration Management Office for all IT integrations, they facilitate communication among Infra, Cyber, Enterprise Architecture, application deployments, upgrades, and data integration teams, ensuring tasks such as Teams migration, network migration, engineering roadmap finalization, data integration strategy, payroll and benefits migration, time-and‑labor solution migration, Industry 4.0 roadmap, commercial strategy, and ERP upgrade are completed. The position includes continuous improvement of M&A processes and communication, as well as change management oversight. The office monitors and manages change processes, issues, and alerts, drives IT cultural integration, and leads end‑user adoption of new systems and processes. Risk and issue management responsibilities involve early identification and mitigation of risks, removal of bottlenecks, and timely decision‑making on key issues. • Draft the project charter and align requirements with scope and sponsor approval. • Coordinate with Corporate M&A and IT on the M&A roadmap, opportunities, and risks. • Update the IT Senior Leadership Team on priorities and needs for M&A projects. • Develop IT integration strategy and roadmap with the BRM lead and IT M&A Director. • Support the Acquisition Integration Framework and keep delivery on track. • Act as Integration Management Office, facilitating communication across Infra, Cyber, EA, application deployments, upgrades, and data integration teams. • Ensure completion of integration tasks: Teams migration, network migration, engineering roadmap, data integration strategy, payroll/benefits migration, time‑and‑labor solution migration, Industry 4.0 roadmap, commercial strategy, and ERP upgrade. • Continuously improve M&A processes and communication. • Monitor and manage change processes, issues, and alerts. • Drive IT cultural integration and end‑user adoption of new systems and processes. • Identify and mitigate integration risks early. • Resolve bottlenecks and make timely decisions on key issues. • Manage project budgets, internal and external labor costs, third‑party invoices, and capital expenditures. • Maintain relationships with consulting partners and present project status to executive leadership.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and have at least ten years of experience leading cross‑functional, business‑focused transformations, with five years of project‑management experience. Required expertise includes deep knowledge of the IT strategic plan, system interdependencies, advanced technical understanding of hardware, software, data management, security, and Agile/Scrum practices, as well as strong budget management and the ability to manage third‑party invoices, capital spend, and consulting partner relationships. The role demands excellent executive‑level communication and presentation skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least ten years of cross‑functional transformation leadership experience. • Own five or more years of project‑management experience. • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the IT strategic plan, system interdependencies, and global integration impact points. • Possess advanced technical knowledge of hardware, software, data management, security, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
