About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing and resident relations at a property, including showing units, closing leases, handling resident requests, and supporting retention programs. • Show, qualify, and lease prospective residents, completing all paperwork before move‑in. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule tours, and maintain a 24‑hour response time. • Track prospect traffic and leasing data to meet or exceed leasing targets. • Execute marketing initiatives, assist with annual plans, and submit weekly market surveys. • Handle resident complaints and requests, supporting retention programs and community events. • Perform lease audits, unit inspections, and turnover activities. • Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
