About the Role
In this role you will create a positive first impression by greeting clients, guests and visiting employees. You will track all visitors, including vendors, manage parking and vehicle logs, security access cards and keys, and assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes. Additional duties include handling incoming and outgoing courier packages, supporting the annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators, delivering professional and responsive customer service, and performing other facility‑management assignments as directed. • Greet clients, guests, and employees, creating a positive first impression. • Track visitors, vendors, and manage parking, vehicle logs, access cards, and keys. • Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes. • Handle inbound and outbound courier packages and mail. • Support annual management plan by achieving identified KPIs. • Provide professional, responsive, and exceptional customer service. • Perform additional facility management tasks as assigned.

What You Bring
Applicants must have at least two years of customer‑service experience and be proficient with a range of information‑technology tools and platforms. Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages. The estimated compensation range for this position is $41,600 – $53,690 per year, though actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, market conditions and internal considerations. The role is located on‑site in Playa Vista, California.
