About the Role
Based in Port Lincoln and overseeing the Eyre Peninsula region, this permanent full‑time role will manage infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio—education, justice, community services and health— with a focus on health‑related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality and compliance standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with Project and Asset teams, produce performance reports, and facilitate on‑site activities such as kick‑off meetings, toolbox talks and safety sessions to maintain SHEQ compliance while managing client relationships and project escalations. • Lead project team to achieve key milestones and ensure asset maintenance meets sustainability and subcontractor performance requirements. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing project delivery and escalations. • Produce performance reports in partnership with Project and Asset teams. • Facilitate on‑site kick‑off meetings, toolbox talks and safety sessions to uphold SHEQ compliance. • Deliver projects on schedule, meet KPIs and handle occasional intrastate/interstate travel. • Apply project management expertise in healthcare settings, focusing on stakeholder engagement and operational sensitivity. • Manage subcontractors and provide accurate reporting, monitoring and forecasting. • Oversee full lifecycle of facilities maintenance projects, balancing on‑site coordination with operational planning.
