About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and ensuring units are ready for rent. What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb. Managers spend up to 50 % of their time walking around facilities, often outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. Routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining curb appeal are also required. Candidates should have customer-service-oriented sales experience in environments such as retail, restaurants, fast-food, or other service-based businesses.
