About the Role

Responsibilities include providing accurate, professional servicing of all products, assisting the Production Manager, maintaining and cleaning the company vehicle, and helping on install jobs solo or with a team. When service tasks are completed, the tech supports warehouse duties like cleaning, organizing, unloading trucks, and prepping materials. The tech acts as an ambassador for the company, strives for 100 % customer satisfaction, delivers complete client feedback, maintains a positive attitude, and adheres to timeliness and other assigned duties. • Perform accurate servicing, repairs, and assessments of all home‑improvement products. • Assist the Production Manager and maintain the company vehicle. • Participate in install jobs individually or as part of a team. • Support warehouse operations: cleaning, organizing, unloading trucks, and prepping materials. • Serve as a brand ambassador, aiming for 100 % customer satisfaction. • Provide complete and accurate client feedback after each job. • Arrive on time and ready to work according to schedule. • Accurately measure and perform basic math using tape measures, levels, and squares.

What You Bring

The company seeks an experienced handyman to serve as a Service Technician. The role includes driving a company truck, earning an hourly wage with commission opportunities, and requires organization, computer literacy, math skills, accurate tape‑measure use, and experience in windows, siding, carpentry, or construction. Technicians deliver precise measurements, repairs, and assessments that keep products looking beautiful and customers happy. Service Techs work with a variety of products such as gutters, windows, vinyl siding, bath and shower remodels, and attic insulation. Qualifications: self‑starter with strong initiative, superior attention to detail, good communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Availability for a Monday‑Friday schedule with flexible evenings and occasional Saturdays is required. Candidates must have carpentry, trim, construction, or in‑home renovation experience; ability to use power tools, a metal brake (a plus), and computer/office equipment; proficiency in accurate measuring and basic math; and the physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lb. • Demonstrate self‑starting attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. • Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to work flexible hours. • Possess carpentry, trim, or in‑home renovation experience and ability to use power tools. • Lift/push/pull up to 100 lb and operate a metal brake (optional).
