Civil Engineer I
Design & manage civil infrastructure projects for diverse clients

About the Role
• Assist senior staff with construction management tasks such as material submittal reviews, responding to requests-for-information, conducting site visits, and coordination with Contractors. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and public agencies. • Execute engineering best practices for civil engineering projects for a wide variety of clients, adapting to new environments quickly. • Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections, and assist with data collection, compilation and assessment for infrastructure projects. • Assist senior staff in the production of project plans, specifications, scheduling, budgeting, technical memorandums and cost estimates. • Be involved in Civil Engineering related project aspects including studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Projects may include planning, modeling, and design of facilities such as site plans, hydraulics and hydrology, drainage design, stormwater management, water and sewer utilities, roadway, and other miscellaneous civil design projects.
