About the Role

The New Home Consultant role manages the entire home‑purchase process, from the first customer interaction at a Welcome Home Center through to closing. The goal is to create a “tickled, delighted and happy” experience for every homeowner. Daily duties include processing sales agreements and aligning sales with the company’s business plan. The role also involves participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs, as well as ensuring Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes remain in show‑ready condition. Consultants complete required training and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks. Maintaining strong relationships with realtors and prospects is key to meeting sales targets. • Engage visitors and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s sales philosophy. • Generate sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market offerings, community features, and demographics. • Guide customers from initial contact through post‑closing while keeping accurate communication records. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Ensure Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes are maintained in show‑ready condition. • Complete required training and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks. • Full‑time, on‑site attendance; work in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain.

What You Bring

Applicants need at least a high‑school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and a real‑estate license are preferred. One to two years of experience in homebuilding or real‑estate sales is desired. Strong communication, organizational, customer‑service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools are required. The position requires regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during standard work hours. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds are essential. Work is performed in all weather conditions and on uneven surfaces, requiring finger dexterity for computer and telephone use. • Minimum high school diploma; college degree and real‑estate license preferred. • 1–2 years of homebuilding or real‑estate sales experience preferred. • Strong communication, organization, customer‑service skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 25 lb.
