About the Role
• Lead design teams, review work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • Direct overall economic wellbeing of assigned projects. • Conduct business development and network within and outside SHG. • Prepare due‑diligence reports, establish design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Design large projects, produce reports and specifications, and provide technical leadership. • Establish project budgets and schedules. • Participate in QA/QC of staff work and perform Engineer of Record duties. • Perform calculations, equipment selection, specification, system design, layout, field investigation, and construction administration. • Manage staff resources and produce client‑compliant drawings. • Provide consulting services such as gap analyses and feasibility reports. • Pursue continuing education and represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical engineering. • Possess 8+ years of MEP industry experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Demonstrate hands‑on design expertise with CAD/Revit tools.
