About the Role

Property managers operate independently at multiple locations, handling customer interactions, unit inspections, cash management, and payment follow‑ups. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls as needed. • Perform cleaning and daily maintenance: sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal.
