About the Role
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large‑scale capital programs (tools, technology, processes and procedures). • Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and strategic recommendations. • Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules aligned with program and project goals. • Plan and coordinate all Owner scope activities within the integrated project schedule. • Integrate third‑party plans and schedules into the integrated project schedule. • Facilitate interactive planning sessions and quantitative risk assessments when required. • Prepare baseline schedules (and schedule basis), progress schedules, and what‑if schedules. • Establish schedule analysis and reporting metrics for senior management and the project team. • Assess impacts to the critical path and near‑critical activities and report to the project team. • Monitor schedule deviations and variances and develop alternative corrective actions. • Prepare and deliver schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analysis. • Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that could affect schedule performance. • Assure the credibility of information contained in the schedule. • Review schedules with project team members regularly to ensure accurate and timely data incorporation.

What You Bring
Senior Scheduler, Life Sciences, Project & Development Services is a senior‑level role that serves as the face of the company for client planning relationships. The incumbent will make an immediate impact by working with key stakeholders to develop high‑level strategic schedules and resource plans supporting the client from early project phases through closeout. Collaboration with the project cost lead and project controls manager will be required to create, manage, and report on long‑term schedule plans. The role demands exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to lead or mentor less‑experienced team members. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required. Ten or more years of experience as a planner/scheduler on capital projects, including design and construction phases, in a complex, matrixed environment is essential. Expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is required, with construction industry background; life‑sciences experience is strongly preferred. Exemplary oral and written communication skills are a must.

Compensation is competitive, varies by location, experience, and other factors, with a salary range of $123,250 – $145,000, and the company will not pay less than minimum wage.
