About the Role

Key responsibilities include planning and executing end‑to‑end client visits, preparing meeting rooms and AV setups, and acting as the primary point of contact for visitors. The role also involves coordinating high‑profile client and leadership events, managing corporate floor setups, food service arrangements, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution. The CVX Executive will work closely with the facilities team to keep the workplace client‑ready, handling housekeeping, catering, and maintenance services. Administrative duties include maintaining visit trackers, feedback forms, post‑visit reports, inventory management, and supporting budgeting and procurement related to client visits and facility needs. • Plan and execute end-to-end client visits, including agenda, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. • Prepare client-ready meeting rooms, AV setups, and branded materials. • Serve as primary contact for visiting clients, ensuring premium hospitality. • Coordinate high-profile client and leadership events, corporate floor setups, and food services. • Collaborate with facilities, security, reception, pantry, and vendor teams for seamless operations. • Maintain visit trackers, feedback forms, post-visit reports, and inventory of CVX materials. • Support budgeting, procurement, and logistics for client visits and facility needs.
