About the Role
In this role you will manage demanding and complex schedules for both Senior Civil Leaders, reprioritising and multitasking daily. You will apply detailed knowledge of the Company travel policy to coordinate complex travel arrangements, handle short‑notice changes and manage expenses. You will support standard meeting governance and quarterly events, manage the inbox with sound judgment, and communicate sensitive information regularly. As the first point of contact for internal and external queries, often from senior executives, you will liaise with R‑R approved agencies and use Company systems at a high competency level, dealing with occasional out‑of‑scope issues. • Manage demanding and complex schedules for senior civil leaders, reprioritising and multitasking daily. • Coordinate complex travel arrangements following company policy, handle short‑notice changes, and process expenses. • Support coordination and management of standard meeting governance and quarterly events. • Manage inbox, use judgment to reply to emails and make tentative arrangements. • Communicate and exchange sensitive information regularly, handling difficult matters. • Serve as first point of contact for internal and external queries, often from senior executives. • Liaise with Rolls‑Royce approved agencies and external agencies. • Operate calmly under pressure and set work priorities to meet deadlines. • Build professional relationships with key external stakeholders.

What You Bring
Who we are looking for: a candidate with 3‑6 years of experience in a PA support role, who can operate calmly under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent organisation, planning, attention to detail, judgment and initiative are essential, as are strong communication skills at all organisational levels and the ability to build professional relationships with key external stakeholders. High computer literacy in Microsoft Office and demonstration of the Company Behaviours are required. • Use company systems proficiently and address occasional out‑of‑scope issues. • 3–6 years' experience in a PA support role. • Demonstrate excellent organisation, planning, and attention‑to‑detail. • Communicate effectively with all organisational levels. • High computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
