What You Bring
Success in this role requires balancing depth with breadth, prioritizing strategically, delegating effectively, and scaling efforts across multiple customer types and segments in a dynamic, diverse landscape. • 5+ years technical knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, and switchboard construction. • Familiarity with legacy switchgear brands: Square D/ASCO, GE, Westinghouse, Federal Pacific, Allis Chalmers. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com. • Ability to present engineering services and retrofit solutions to end‑user customers.

Benefits
For this full‑time U.S. based position, the compensation range is $108,800 – $163,200 per year plus commission.
