Serve meals and provide courteous dining service to senior residents.

About the Role
Employees are expected to maintain a clean and safe dining environment, follow food‑handling standards, and support residents during meals and special events. • Take residents’ dining orders with a friendly, attentive disposition • Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions • Set up dining room with necessary items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments) • Clean and sanitize dining room, menus, kitchen, serving stations, and other areas as directed • Ensure safe food handling practices • Prepare beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service • Assist residents with special dining requests • Account for all residents during each meal and document attendance • Assist with special events • Participate in and attend all scheduled in-service training • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least one year of fine‑dining or senior‑living hospitality experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills. The position requires regular standing, walking, and the use of fine and gross motor skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lb and support residents using proper body mechanics. • High school diploma preferred; GED accepted • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities • Experience working with seniors • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell • Lift or carry up to 50 lbs; intermittent lifting and supporting residents • Use proper body mechanics
