About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager, and is accountable for personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial performance, administration and risk management. • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and address performance issues for on‑site staff. • Maximize net operating income through cost control, budgeting, rent collection, and vendor invoice reconciliation. • Develop and execute annual marketing and leasing plans, show units, process lease paperwork, and resolve resident concerns. • Oversee administrative reporting, emergency response, and maintenance to ensure timely repairs and property appearance. • Create resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, Fair Housing laws, OSHA standards, and risk‑management procedures. • Maintain accurate financial records, close‑out reports, and ownership statements. • Perform physical duties including inspections, lifting up to 25 lb, ladder use, and on‑call emergency response; reliable transportation required.

What You Bring

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually and includes a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays.
