About the Role
The Laborer provides manual labor on construction and plant‑operation job sites, delivering high‑quality work in a safe and productive manner. Their role includes ensuring that all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the tasks at hand. Work is performed in varied environments such as plant operations or construction sites, often exposing the employee to adverse weather, uneven or muddy terrain, confined spaces, and the occasional requirement to wear a respirator. • Perform general site clean‑up • Dig footings with hand tools • Load and unload materials • Strip concrete forms • Operate power tools such as vibrators, compactors, jackhammers, or chipping guns • Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, and remove rubble and debris • Assist other craft workers as needed • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders, stairs, and scaffolds • Work on uneven, muddy, rocky, or soft surfaces and in confined spaces • Wear a respirator when required and endure adverse weather conditions • Make decisions, concentrate amid distractions, and pay close attention to detail • Perform sedentary to heavy physical tasks, including prolonged bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting

What You Bring
Physical demands include lifting or carrying up to 50 lb (occasionally 100 lb), repetitive hand‑arm motions, climbing ladders or scaffolds, and frequent bending, squatting, and standing on uneven surfaces.
