About the Role

The role involves performing emergency and preventive maintenance and installations on a 24/7 on‑call basis with regional responsibility. You will be responsible for on‑site or in‑house servicing and repair of company products. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects and serve as the primary contact for technical and service‑related issues. • Perform emergency and preventive maintenance and installations on a 24/7 on‑call basis. • Provide technical support on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment. • Act as primary customer contact for technical and service‑related issues.

Candidates must hold a college degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or possess a Red Seal (309A) Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician certification. One year of experience with UPS (uninterruptible power supplies), battery technologies, or electronics is required. Candidates must be able to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and in the future and must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Travel to the United States for product and safety training may be required, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. • Hold a degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification. • Minimum 1 year experience with UPS, battery technologies, or electronics. • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future. • Maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. • Available to travel to the U.S. for product and safety training as needed. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Basic understanding of UPS rectifiers/inverters and electrical distribution systems.
