About the Role
At MasTec Communications Group we build for the future. As a Project Manager you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑mindful environment, and help expand technology for a better community. You will join the MasTec family and deliver the highest level of quality service to customers while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. The Project Manager directs in‑house crews and subcontractors, works directly with customers, and oversees bidding and billing. You will lead internal and external teams to ensure projects stay on budget and schedule, communicate daily updates, and coordinate closely with the Project Construction Lead. Weekly client meetings, crew deployment, timesheet approval, and equipment readiness are also part of the role. • Direct internal crews and subcontractors while collaborating with customers. • Manage project budgeting and scheduling to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. • Provide daily reports to customers and internal management. • Build processes and teams to meet all project requirements. • Coordinate timing, execution, and closeout with the Project Construction Lead. • Lead weekly meetings with clients and project teams. • Deploy crews to sites and oversee task execution. • Prepare and submit bids, and handle billing upon project completion. • Approve timesheets and daily logs. • Ensure crews have correct equipment for each project.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who prioritize safety, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. The ideal applicant holds a high school diploma or equivalent, brings at least three years of construction project experience, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and schedule management. Strong communication, blueprint reading, color identification, and OSHA safety training are essential. • Demonstrated commitment to safety and OSHA training. • Minimum three years of construction project management experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and schedule management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to read blueprints accurately and identify colors. • Precise hand‑eye coordination and visual acuity for distance judgment. • Hands‑on problem‑solving attitude and willingness to work in fast‑paced environments.
