About the Role

Mortenson is seeking an Operator who will be responsible for operating equipment as directed while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. The role involves following work plans, maintaining clear housekeeping, and performing other assigned duties. • Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, boom lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane. • Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain orderly housekeeping. • Perform routine maintenance, monitor equipment operation, and detect malfunctions. • Follow work plans and pre‑task cards. • Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

What You Bring

The Operator must be capable of handling a wide range of machinery including blades, dozers, loaders, scrapers, forklifts/telehandlers, cranes, bobcats/skid‑steers, boom lifts, rollers, backhoes, and track cranes. They will also build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. Candidates need the required equipment certifications, at least one year of related experience, and a current driver’s license with proper classification and endorsements.
