About the Role
The Senior Scheduler will partner with Project Managers to create and maintain high-level and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring critical-path integrity and timely resolution of schedule impacts. Responsibilities include developing 4D/5D models, risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative), monthly progress reports, and forensic schedule analyses to validate as-planned versus actual performance. The role also requires leading design verifications, site walks, and coordinating with designers and contractors on monthly progress. Mentorship of Scheduler I and II team members and support for scope control and change-management processes are also expected. • Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6 for data-center projects. • Monitor critical-path activities and resolve negative schedule impacts promptly. • Create and manage 4D/5D models and quantitative risk assessments. • Produce monthly project progress reports and facilitate design verification site walks. • Perform forensic scheduling analysis to validate as-planned schedules and assess labor productivity. • Manage resource and cost loading, supporting scope control and change-management processes. • Mentor Scheduler I and Scheduler II team members, providing guidance and best practices. • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to address design and code issues.

Required knowledge includes deep expertise in Primavera P6, 4D/5D modeling, forensic scheduling, estimate validation, and pre/post-construction cost audits. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication, teamwork, and a commitment to self-development and organizational core values. The position demands the ability to manage resources, cost loading, and to provide creative solutions within compressed timeframes. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 5-7 years of project scheduling or project engineering experience are required. Preferred certifications include PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS. The salary range for this full-time role is $104,600-$139,466 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, disability coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program.
