About the Role

In this position you will manage essential property‑management tasks such as handling paperwork, maintaining insurance certificates, supporting budget and audit compliance, assisting with accounting processes, and facilitating tenant interactions. • Provide direct administrative support to property managers, including document filing and email management. • Track and maintain certificates of insurance for tenants and contractors. • Process accounts payable invoices, code them, and obtain approvals. • Manage vendor W‑9 forms and prepare delinquency reports and letters. • Assist with accounts receivable and prepare manual adjustment forms. • Deliver superior customer service to tenants, contractors, and vendors. • Update tenant handbooks, prepare memos, and coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs. • Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists for tenants, employees, and contractors. • Support budget preparation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

What You Bring
