About the Role

• Lay out and install framing and drywall on large industrial projects at a military base. • Supervise a crew of framing and drywall installers to meet project scope and schedule. • Use appropriate equipment and enforce safety practices according to RQ standards. • Provide proof of identity, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug and background checks.

What You Bring

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with college or trade‑school coursework in construction management considered a plus. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience as a framing or drywall foreman and five or more years of field trade work, preferably in government, military, or large commercial construction. Candidates must hold CPR and First Aid certification, and OSHA 30‑hour and EM‑385 certifications are preferred, with training available when needed. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet applications is expected, and Spanish‑English bilingual ability is desirable.
