We seek IMPACT Makers—exceptional people who translate sustainability goals into results at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization. • Minimum 1+ years of experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems. • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation. • Basic understanding of control loops, P&IDs, and process control strategies. • Awareness of industry standards (e.g., ISA) for control system design. • Hands‑on experience with industrial networking protocols and topologies. • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools such as AutoCAD. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field. • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
