About the Role

The Freight Operations Specialist for MCPP‑Philippines will report to the Distribution Management Supervisor and is responsible for shipping and receiving duties for program equipment and supplies. Key duties include managing the flow of material, maintaining a compliant materiel management program, staging and accounting for equipment, supporting warehouse organization and asset accountability, reviewing invoices and requisitions, and ensuring all activities follow Marine Corps policies, safety standards, and ISO procedures. • Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving for MCPP‑PHIL equipment and supplies. • Maintain a materiel management program that complies with the contract SOW and Marine Corps policies. • Stage, distribute, and account for equipment and supplies. • Support supply readiness, warehouse organization, and asset accountability. • Review invoices and requisitions to plan work activities. • Create and review shipping requisitions in line with budget guidelines. • Ensure compliance with personnel, administrative, safety, and government regulations. • Maintain ISO policy compliance and related documentation.

What You Bring

Applicants must be U.S. citizens with at least a high school diploma and four years of progressive logistics or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a U.S. passport and a Philippines work visa. A clean FBI background check is required; preferred candidates hold USMC MOS 3112, relevant certifications, automation skills, and strong communication abilities. • High school diploma with four years of progressive logistics/maintenance experience (or equivalent education/training). • U.S. citizenship, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a U.S. passport and Philippines work visa. • Pass FBI background investigation with no violations. • Preferred: USMC MOS 3112, knowledge of Marine Corps policies, industry certification, automation/scripting skills, expert in military shipping/storage, maintenance knowledge, strong written and oral communication.
