Sr/Lead Engineer - Wastewater Modelling ( Infoworks ICM)

About the Role
The role involves leading modelling efforts, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring quality through training and BIM support. • Design of potable water, stormwater drainage, treated sewage effluent, and sewerage networks using AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D. • Lead projects, coordinate with Lead Office, mentor junior staff, and conduct quality checks. • Provide training and technical BIM support, creating 3D models and ensuring specifications. • Develop concept, preliminary, and detailed engineering drawings, including drainage plans, profiles, sections, and detail drawings. • Perform earthworks modelling, sanitary and storm sewer design, water main design, road grading, lot grading, and stormwater management (ponds, retention systems).

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in engineering, be chartered or licensed, and possess at least five years of wastewater modelling experience, preferably in ANZ, UK or I regions. • Minimum 5 years experience in wastewater modelling for ANZ, UK & I region, focusing on model calibration and verification. • Proficient with Infoworks ICM hydraulic modelling software. • Hands‑on experience with Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC‑RAS, GeoPak (advantage). • Experience with Common Data Environment tools such as ProjectWise and BIM 360. • Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent. • US/UK/Canada experience preferred. • Ability to view projects from a “bigger picture” perspective. • Strong independent and team work capabilities.
