About the Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism, conduct both walk‑in and scheduled community tours, and support seamless move‑ins and move‑outs. You will also inspect homes before occupancy, identify maintenance or curb‑appeal issues, assist in planning resident events, and ensure safety standards and community policies are followed. Additionally, you will maintain accurate resident records, help prepare community reports, and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors • Conduct walk‑in and scheduled community tours • Assist with seamless move‑ins and move‑outs • Escalate resident concerns to leadership as needed • Inspect units before move‑in to ensure quality • Identify and flag maintenance or curb‑appeal issues • Help plan and execute resident events • Maintain accurate resident records • Prepare community reports and support daily admin tasks
