What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or a related field), be able to complete the EIT exam within 12 months, and demonstrate interest through internships, volunteer work or professional memberships. The role is based in Westwood, MA and follows a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to promote collaboration. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field • Pass EIT exam or be eligible within 12 months • Relevant internship, volunteering, or organization experience • Creative, methodical problem‑solving skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on growth • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
