About the Role
• Support the Debt Advisory team on live financing mandates across origination, structuring, and execution phases. • Prepare client materials such as pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda, and lender presentations. • Conduct financial and cash‑flow analysis, including leverage metrics, debt service coverage ratios, and sensitivity analysis. • Assist with financial models and transaction analysis under senior guidance. • Perform market, sector, and credit research on real‑estate assets, sponsors, and lenders. • Coordinate lender processes, including NDA handling, data‑room organization, due‑diligence queries, and feedback tracking. • Draft internal briefing notes, transaction summaries, and analysis for senior stakeholders. • Provide general analytical and administrative support in a fast‑paced deal environment. • Obtain insight into lender processes, credit analysis, and deal execution. • Work closely with senior professionals in a collaborative team environment. • Build a strong foundation for a future career in real‑estate finance or capital markets.

What You Bring
Interns will gain hands‑on experience supporting live financing transactions, insight into lender processes, credit analysis, and deal execution, and close collaboration with senior professionals, building a solid foundation for a future career in real‑estate finance or capital markets. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline. • Strong analytical skills with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated interest in real‑estate finance, debt markets, or capital markets. • Effective team player able to collaborate in a small, deal‑driven environment. • Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and manage evolving priorities. • High attention to detail and pride in accuracy and presentation. • Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with ambiguity. • Professional demeanor when interacting with senior colleagues and external stakeholders. • Prior internship experience in finance, real‑estate, banking, or consulting is a plus.
