About the Role
As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects. You will perform manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, work outdoors, transport heavy equipment, build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshoot field problems, and learn to use various tools and equipment. • Perform manual tasks like digging trenches, unloading materials, and preparing job sites with hand tools. • Work on outdoor utility construction sites and transport heavy equipment daily. • Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems. • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Learn and operate various tools and equipment related to telecom construction. • Follow strict safety protocols each day. • Deliver high‑quality workmanship. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach.
